Factory Shops Outlet

The Factory Outlet is a commercial development aimed at discount footwear stores, fashion and entertainment. Likewise, it has sought to create spaces for social activities and entertainment.

The Project

UrbanMobilia fabricated the urban furniture of Factory Outlet in León, Guanajuato after competing with other national companies. The committee chose our project and our company as winners for we covered the established quality and aesthetics standards for the project.

High Quality Materials

To build the furniture we used cutting edge treated wood for exterior, which is humidity, fungi and termite resistant, additionally, it was recovered with US-imported paint that protects and adds an aesthetic finish to it.

Installed Products

The “Morelia” bench and the “Heine” trash can (BB-020 model) were the selected models to install all throughout the mall before its opening on EL BUEN FIN 2014, obtaining great results with the customers.
